Player control

Delete your data.

This page provides the external deletion route required for online player profiles. It also explains how to remove local game data from your device.

What can be deleted

If you used an online leaderboard, a verified deletion request removes the online player profile and associated display name, weekly scores, permanent level and EXP records, server-side inventory records if used, and identifiers linked to that profile. It also removes or de-identifies related support records unless retention is legally or operationally required.

Security and fraud-prevention records may be retained for a limited period when necessary to protect the service, establish that a request was completed, resolve a dispute, or comply with law. Any retained record is restricted and is not used to restore a deleted profile.

Request deletion of online data

Verification and completion

We may ask you to confirm control of the random player ID or the email used in an earlier support case. We will not request a password. After verification, we will delete active online records without unnecessary delay and confirm completion. Backup copies will expire through the normal secure backup-rotation process.

For parents and guardians

A parent or guardian may request access to or deletion of a child's online information. State that you are acting for the child and provide the game's random player ID. We will request only the minimum information reasonably needed to verify the relationship and locate the correct profile.
