Rules of play

Fair play, stated plainly.

These terms govern access to Charlie games, this website, support services, and future online leaderboards.

Effective date: September 7, 2026

1. Acceptance

By downloading, accessing, or using a Charlie game or online service, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you are under the age required to agree where you live, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept these terms for you.

2. Permission to use the games

Charlie grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the games for lawful, non-commercial entertainment on devices you own or control, subject to applicable store terms.

3. Player names and profiles

Do not use a display name that impersonates another person, reveals private contact information, infringes rights, contains hate or harassment, or is sexually explicit. We may reject, change, or remove names that violate these rules. A display name is public on an online leaderboard if that feature is enabled.

4. Fair play and prohibited conduct

You must not cheat, modify a game to obtain an unfair score, automate gameplay, submit fabricated results, replay signed requests, exploit a vulnerability, interfere with servers, scrape the service, test security without written permission, or distribute malware. We may invalidate scores, limit requests, suspend online access, or preserve relevant security evidence when reasonably necessary.

5. Scores, progression, and leaderboards

Local scores and progress may be lost if app data is cleared, the device fails, or a build is reset during testing. Online rankings, when available, are competitive records and not property or currency. Charlie may correct, recalculate, remove, archive, or reset ranking records to address errors, seasonal rules, cheating, abuse, or service maintenance. Weekly scores may reset; permanent level progression follows each game's published rules.

6. Advertising and rewards

A rewarded advertisement is optional. A reward is granted only after the advertising provider confirms completion. Closing an ad early, network failure, lack of inventory, or an invalid callback may result in no reward. The games must remain playable when an advertisement is unavailable. Advertising content may be supplied by third parties and is subject to platform and provider controls.

7. Virtual progression and tools

Characters, stages, ranks, tools, inventory, points, and other virtual items are licensed gameplay features. Unless a store listing expressly says otherwise, they have no cash value, cannot be sold or transferred, and are not redeemable for money. FAST POP's current tool shop uses earned score and does not process real-money purchases.

8. Intellectual property

The games, code, visual systems, characters, logos, artwork, audio, names, text, and related materials are owned by Charlie or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, sell, republish, reverse engineer beyond rights granted by law, or use Charlie branding to imply endorsement.

9. Updates and availability

We may update, balance, suspend, or discontinue a game or online feature. We aim to provide reasonable notice for material changes when practical, but uninterrupted or error-free availability is not guaranteed. Pre-release features, values, and screenshots may change before public launch.

10. Third-party services

App stores, advertising providers, hosting providers, device platforms, and external links operate under their own terms. Charlie is not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control.

11. Safety

Use the games with appropriate breaks and awareness of your surroundings. Do not use a game when doing so would be unsafe or unlawful. Stop using the game if flashing effects, motion, or repeated tapping causes discomfort.

12. Disclaimer and limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the games and services are provided “as is” and “as available.” Nothing in these terms excludes consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. Any limitation of liability will apply only to the extent permitted by the law governing the player.

13. Ending access

You may stop using a game at any time and may request deletion of online profile data. We may suspend online features for a serious or repeated breach, security risk, legal requirement, or threat to other players. Offline access may remain available where technically possible.

14. Changes

We may update these terms to reflect new features, laws, providers, or risks. The effective date will be updated, and material changes may be announced in the game or store listing.

15. Contact

Contact Charlie Software Development Center at support@charliesdc.com or use the Player Support Center. The legal business location and governing-law clause will be completed before public release.
