- Submit the prepared email from your email application.
You may also email us directly. Use a clear subject such as “WINDVEX ranking issue” and never send a password, payment-card number, advertising identifier, or unrelated identity document.
Report an inappropriate player name
Email the displayed player name exactly as it appears, the leaderboard or stage where you saw it, the date and approximate time, and a screenshot if available. Do not publicly repost or repeat abusive content. We may hide or change names that violate the Community Guidelines.
Report a ranking problem
Send your Player ID, display name, score, stage, app version, date, approximate time, and whether the device was online. Attach the final result screen when possible. Scores may remain pending while integrity and anti-cheat checks are completed; altered or unverifiable results may be hidden.
Report an annoying or inappropriate advertisement
Tell us whether it was a banner, interstitial, or Rewarded Rescue ad; include the date, approximate time, country, device model, operating-system version, and app version. If safe, attach a screenshot showing the ad and any advertiser or AdChoices information. Do not tap the ad repeatedly and do not send your advertising ID.
Information required for technical complaints
- Device manufacturer and exact model.
- Operating system and version, such as Android 15 or iOS 19.
- WINDVEX app version.
- Player ID, when available.
- Stage, character, and action being performed.
- What you expected, what happened, and whether it happens again after restarting.
- A screenshot or short screen recording when it does not expose private information.

Where can I download WINDVEX?
Use only the official Google Play or App Store link shown on Charlie's website after the store listing becomes active. The game is currently presented as pre-release; avoid unofficial copies.
How do I play?
Tap to control your flight, pass through valuable rings, avoid hazards, and build the best verified score you can during each run.
How are characters and stages unlocked?
Cat starts unlocked. Dog requires 20,250 points, Bat 285,350, Raven 545,950, Dragon 875,400, and Rabigon 1,250,000. Volcanic Fire unlocks at Level 20, Haunted Land at Level 30, and Thunder Clouds at Level 40. Earned unlocks are permanent.
Why is my score missing from the ranking?
The device may be offline, submission may not have completed, maintenance may be active, or the result may still be awaiting integrity and anti-cheat checks. Send the report details listed above if the issue continues.
Can I recover local progress after uninstalling?
Local save data may be removed when the app is deleted or its storage is cleared. A leaderboard record is not a complete backup of local progression.
How do I delete my WINDVEX data?
Follow the steps on the WINDVEX Data Deletion page and include the correct Player ID.
