Respectful rankings

Community Guidelines

Player names and competitive results should keep WINDVEX and FAST POP welcoming, private, and fair.

Effective date: September 7, 2026
Applies to: WINDVEX, FAST POP, their rankings, player names, and support interactions.

Use a nicknameKeep personal contact information out of public names.
Compete fairlySubmit only results earned through normal play.
Report safelySend evidence privately to support.
Respect othersNo hate, threats, harassment, or impersonation.

1. Choose a safe player name

Use a nickname that does not reveal your full name, email address, phone number, home or school, social-media handle, password, or other private information. Do not impersonate another player, Charlie staff, a public authority, or a brand.

2. Prohibited names and conduct

  • Hate speech, slurs, discriminatory language, or praise of extremist violence.
  • Threats, harassment, bullying, sexual content, or content that exploits or targets minors.
  • Instructions or promotion for illegal activity, self-harm, malware, scams, or dangerous conduct.
  • Advertising spam, repeated promotional names, misleading links, or attempts to move children into private contact.
  • Sharing another person's personal or confidential information.
  • Cheating, altered builds, automation, fabricated results, replay attacks, or exploiting ranking systems.
  • False reports intended to punish or intimidate another player.

3. Fair ranking behavior

Submit only results you earned through normal gameplay on an authorized version. Do not share tools or instructions that manipulate scores, levels, timers, network requests, integrity checks, or ranking placement. Report vulnerabilities privately and stop testing once sufficient safe evidence has been collected.

4. How to report a player name or result

  1. Open WINDVEX Support or FAST POP Support.
  2. Include the exact displayed name, game, ranking view or stage, date, and approximate time.
  3. Attach a screenshot when safe and useful.
  4. Do not repost abusive content publicly and do not contact the reported player.
  5. Send the report to support@charliesdc.com.

5. Actions we may take

Depending on severity, context, and history, Charlie may reject or replace a name, hide a result, remove a ranking record, warn the player, restrict submissions, temporarily suspend online access, permanently disable an online profile, preserve limited evidence, or notify an appropriate authority when legally required. We may act immediately where safety or service security is at risk.

6. Appeals

If your name, result, or online access is restricted, email support@charliesdc.com with your game, Player ID, the decision, relevant date, and a concise explanation. Do not create another profile to bypass a restriction. We aim to acknowledge appeals within 2–5 business days.

7. Age recommendation and player privacy

All Charlie games are recommended for ages 13+. There is no public chat or user-uploaded profile image, and players should avoid placing personal information in a public display name. Players under 13 are not part of the intended audience, and online ranking is disabled for anyone identified as under 13. Parents and guardians may report or request deletion of a minor's data through the game's support page.

8. Contact

For community, safety, or ranking reports, contact support@charliesdc.com. For an immediate threat or emergency, contact the appropriate local emergency service rather than waiting for game support.
